Delete the Police virus from your PC.

If, when you start up your computer, you get a message, supposedly from the National Police which specifies that your IP address has been recorded on illegal sites, that's because your computer has been infected with the Police/Ukash virus. More specifically it's the action of the Trojan Trj/Ransom.ab, blocking the start of your operating system, leaving it inoperative.

To fix this there are several tools like Polifix, a free tool designed specifically to eliminate the Police virus, also known as police ransonware. With Polifix you can detect and remove the Ukash virus in all its variations. Unlock and repair all Windows features that the trojan changed so that you can start your operating system again normally.

With your system startup blocked with the Police virus you'll need to download Polifix onto a USB flash drive or USB device, connect it to the USB port on the infected computer, and tell it to boot from that device. Then just double-click the icon for Polifix to run and restore your operating system.
